Crane House Espresso

Blend · medium-dark
Hazelnut, dark chocolate, long finish.

Brewing without stress

Filter. 60 g per litre, water just off the boil, three to four minutes.
Espresso. 18 g in, about 38 g out, 27–32 seconds. Adjust grind, not dose.
Storage. Airtight, away from light, and drink it within a month.
